PERKS & BENEFITSHEALTH & INSURANCE PLANSHOLIDAYSCLUB MAP & OVERVIEW

Welcome to this evolution of the private club lifestyle: a place that is unique in the East Bay, and an organization that’s distinctive within our industry. Since our founding as a private club in 1926—and before that as a residential estate—our high-touch vision of hospitality has been a Castlewood constant. Now, as we enjoy a host of new and well-regarded amenities alongside a fully renovated Clubhouse, our tradition of refining the overall Member experience has never been more inspired. In other words, you’ve joined our team at an exciting time!

Members and employees are drawn here for many reasons, but the most important one is shared and enjoyed by all. We call it our “Social By Nature” culture—a signature and unified sense of belonging that connects Castlewood’s Members, guests, and staff in this active and inspiring location.

Part of this culture is a willingness to grow and evolve, season to season and day by day. Initially, it’s presented through new facilities and spaces. On a deeper level, we show our commitment to true connection with leadership that listens, adjusts, and enhances the team experience based on your input. Your thoughts and ideas are most welcome here, because only through the contributions of each and every one of us can this Club’s potential be fully realized.

In the meantime, allow us to guide you with this Employee Onboarding program: a tour of departments, distinctions, and personnel that further tees up your employee experience here. I look forward to all of us achieving great things together.
